United States, June 2025 — Sharon Brand has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Hyland, a global leader in consumer health. With over two decades of experience in strategic HR leadership across technology and healthcare companies, Sharon is set to lead Hyland’s human resources strategy during a pivotal period of global growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Hyland, Sharon served as Chief People Officer at PlanSource, where she focused on fostering a people-first culture, enhancing talent strategy, and leading initiatives in workforce planning and diversity. Her leadership helped transform PlanSource into a high-performing organization known for its employee engagement and talent retention.
Before PlanSource, Sharon spent nearly 17 years at SAP, holding several impactful roles including Vice President, Human Resources, Head of HR, SAP SuccessFactors, and Global Board Area HR Business Partner. At SAP, she led global HR initiatives that aligned with business outcomes, including talent development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.
Her earlier career includes leadership roles as Human Resources Director at SAP SI America, and Recruiting Director at AT&T Broadband. Sharon also held talent leadership roles at Sapient, Staples, and began her career in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aon Consulting, and Mercer.
