London, England, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Davies has announced the appointment of Damian Hart as Senior Vice President – Group Talent Acquisition. In this strategic global role, Damian Hart will lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy for the group’s more than 8,500 professionals across 20+ countries, strengthening hiring transformation, employer brand, recruitment technology, and capability to support Davies’ rapid international growth in insurance and highly regulated markets.
Before joining Davies, Damian Hart served with Ericsson as Global Talent Acquisition Manager – Delivery & Execution, where he led a worldwide team of around 200 recruiters and project-managed a major transformation programme involving the insourcing of recruitment operations from two global RPO partners. His work focused on large-scale delivery execution, vendor management, and redesigning global hiring processes to support Ericsson’s next generation 5G and digital services expansion.
Prior to Ericsson, he was Director of Talent Acquisition Consulting & Transformation at Join Talent, partnering with global organisations on recruitment transformation, DEI strategy, budgeting models, and building high-performance TA operating frameworks. Earlier, at Nielsen, he served as Director of Talent Acquisition – Europe, driving regional hiring strategy, international recruitment governance, and change management to connect the organisation with the audiences and capabilities critical to its media measurement business.
A significant part of his leadership journey was with Informa as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where over nearly five years he shaped enterprise hiring for a FTSE 50 knowledge and events business employing more than 11,500 colleagues worldwide. Earlier experiences included Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Ciklum, leadership roles at Henderson Scott, and as Managing Director and UK Manager at SOLA Group, where he held P&L responsibility and built multi-location recruitment operations. His foundational years were with Affiniti Consulting, EMA Partners UK, Remarc Technologies, and Computer Futures Solutions, establishing deep expertise in executive search, technology recruitment, and international talent markets.
