Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, July 2025 – Liz Moran has started a new role as Vice President, Global Head of Talent Management and People Development at SAP, bringing a remarkable track record of leadership in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy to the global technology powerhouse. In her new role, Liz will lead SAP’s efforts to elevate talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development across its international workforce, further strengthening SAP’s position as a people-centric organization.
Prior to joining SAP, Liz Moran served as Vice President, Global Talent Management at Expedia Group for nearly three years. At Expedia, she was instrumental in shaping the company’s global talent, performance, and leadership development strategies, focusing on building future-ready teams and driving succession planning for key roles.
Before her tenure at Expedia Group, Liz spent eight years at AstraZeneca in the Greater Philadelphia Area, rising to the role of Global Head of Talent. She held several progressive positions, including Senior Director of Talent, Development and Inclusion, and Director of Performance Management and Leadership Development, playing a pivotal role in embedding talent and leadership best practices within the organization’s culture.
Liz also brings extensive experience from her nine years at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she held leadership positions in global employee engagement and talent management. She began her journey there as Manager, Talent Acquisition and rose to Director, Global Employee Engagement, overseeing engagement and talent initiatives across multiple business lines.
Earlier in her career, Liz contributed to talent functions at Urban Outfitters and built a solid HR foundation that supports her strategic approach today. She holds an MBA from PennWest Clarion, further strengthening her expertise in business and people management.
