Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Haleon has announced the appointment of Paritosh Gupta as National Head: Expert Sales Operations, marking a strategic move to further drive its expert engagement and sales initiatives in India. Paritosh steps into this pivotal role with a wealth of experience across leading FMCG and consumer health organizations, bringing a unique blend of sales, marketing, and strategy expertise to the forefront of Haleon’s India operations.
Paritosh joins Haleon from Nestlé, where he most recently served as Head of Marketing for India. In this capacity, he led marketing and category initiatives, notably steering the out-of-home beverages business and strengthening the brand’s position in a competitive market. His tenure at Nestlé was distinguished by innovative marketing campaigns and a focus on strategic business growth. Earlier, he was also a trusted Business Advisor, helping organizations launch and scale new ventures with impactful business planning and market entry strategies.
Prior to Nestlé, Paritosh was the Marketing Director at DFM Foods Limited, where he managed iconic brands and played a key role in revitalizing product portfolios and expanding market reach. His earlier experience as Associate Marketing Director at Perfetti Van Melle further enhanced his leadership credentials, where he drove key marketing strategies and led teams to deliver results across domestic and international markets. Notably, Paritosh has also held significant roles at ITC Ltd as Assistant Brand Manager, Accenture, and Tata Strategic Management Group, adding deep consulting and brand-building experience to his portfolio.
Throughout his career, Paritosh has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to develop high-performing teams, launch consumer-centric campaigns, and navigate complex business environments. His expertise in marketing strategy, business planning, and people management positions him as a transformative leader for Haleon’s expert sales operations. With an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Paritosh’s leadership is set to play a crucial role as Haleon continues to champion consumer health and deliver everyday health with humanity.
