Kristin Syoen Steps Up as Head of People Operations, North America and Latin America at Infobip

Greater Chicago Area, United States, June 2025 – Kristin Syoen has started a new role as Head of People Operations, North America and Latin America at Infobip, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey. In her expanded role, Kristin will oversee people operations across two major regions, focusing on building strong, inclusive teams, optimizing HR processes, and advancing Infobip’s global people strategy during a phase of rapid business growth and technological innovation.

Kristin has been with Infobip since late 2021, previously serving as Head of People Operations for North America. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling the HR function, supporting workforce expansion, and strengthening employee engagement across the region. Her leadership was key to ensuring seamless integration of HR systems, championing talent development initiatives, and navigating complex people challenges as Infobip continued to grow its North American presence.

Before joining Infobip, Kristin held the role of Director of Human Resources at Call One, Incorporated (now Peerless Network), where she spent nearly a decade developing and executing HR strategies for a next-generation communications technology company. She was instrumental in managing talent, shaping culture, and guiding organizational change during periods of business transformation and industry evolution in the Greater Chicago area.

Earlier in her career, Kristin gained extensive experience at Target, first as an Executive Team Leader – HR and later as a Store Team Leader, where she was responsible for HR operations, leadership development, and talent management for large teams. Her ability to mentor and train hundreds of employees, lead campus recruitment efforts, and drive employee engagement has been recognized throughout her journey. Kristin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
