Gibin will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent in the digital and technology sectors worldwide. His focus will be on securing senior and executive-level hires who can contribute to AstraZeneca’s continued growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Gibin served as the Head of Executive Search Business at Randstad India, where he was responsible for connecting top industry talent with clients across multiple sectors, including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. During his tenure, he built a reputation for successfully managing large-scale recruitment efforts and client relationships.
Before that, Gibin was Vice President, Business Head for Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Energy at Randstad India, where he led specialized recruitment teams and drove business development across diverse industries such as chemicals, automotive, and renewable energy.
Earlier in his career, Gibin held the position of Vice President | Professional Search & Selection | Regional Head South at Randstad India, guiding a vibrant team across multiple cities to deliver tailored recruitment solutions in leadership and mid-management hiring. His expertise spanned across industries like technology, BFSI, and pharmaceuticals.
Gibin’s career began as a Sr. HR Executive at Visage Ventures, where he handled specialized technical recruitment for industries like oil & gas, engineering, and real estate. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of talent acquisition across a wide range of industries.
