Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – JSW Greentech Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Kumar as Head – Talent Acquisition, underscoring the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce for its rapidly growing electric commercial vehicle business. Manish steps into this role with a decade of rich experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, shaped by impactful tenures across the Adani Group’s diverse business entities.
Prior to joining JSW Greentech Ltd., Manish was associated with Adani Power as a Human Resources Business Partner, where he played a pivotal role in strategic business partnerships, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. His contributions included leading recruitment and talent management initiatives, partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligned with business growth objectives.
Earlier, Manish served as Group Human Resources Manager at the Adani Group, where he led employer branding, campus resourcing, and young talent management for the conglomerate. His work focused on building the employer value proposition, developing campus hiring strategies, and nurturing high-potential talent for future leadership roles across group companies. Additionally, Manish’s experience in Adani Enterprises and Adani Solar saw him lead talent acquisition, learning and development, and drive HR automation and policy transformation.
Manish’s early career included stints with Adani Green Energy and Adani Power, where he rose from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager and was recognized for his expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, contract labor management, and employee relations. His comprehensive exposure to both plant-level and corporate HR roles has given him a strong foundation in executing HR strategy, managing change, and building collaborative teams.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (MBA, HRM) and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (BE, Computer Science), Manish brings a unique blend of technical and human resources acumen. His appointment at JSW Greentech comes at a transformative time, as the company ramps up its workforce to drive innovation and operational excellence in the green mobility sector.
