Lagos, Nigeria, October 2024 – Adetutu Okunubi has commenced her new position as Head of Human Resources at ICS Outsourcing. In her new role, Adetutu will lead the HR function for one of Nigeria’s leading outsourcing companies, focusing on delivering world-class HR services and overseeing strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Adetutu has been a part of ICS Outsourcing for over three years, having previously served as Head of Recruitment & Selection. During this time, she played a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s talent acquisition strategies aligned with its business goals, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes for multiple business units.

Prior to this, Adetutu was the Head of Learning and Development at ICS Outsourcing, where she managed the training needs of over 3,500 staff across different categories and functions. She developed and implemented training curriculums and engaged suitable facilitators to meet the company’s learning objectives.

Before joining ICS Outsourcing, Adetutu held key roles at Resource Intermediaries Limited, including Chief Business Manager for the Lagos region, Head of Marketing Communications, and Head of Customer Service and Learning and Development. In these positions, she was responsible for business development, customer service initiatives, and overseeing employee training programs, gaining extensive experience in HR management, operations, and strategy.
