Zurich, Switzerland, July 2025 – Mirna Zerekli has joined SGS as Head of Talent and Change Management, bringing more than two decades of international HR leadership to the role. Based in Zurich, Mirna will lead global talent strategies and spearhead major change initiatives, supporting SGS’s ongoing mission to drive excellence across its network of 2,700+ laboratories in 119 countries.
Prior to her appointment at SGS, Mirna was VP – Head of Global Talent Management / DEI at Iveco Group, where she played a pivotal role in shaping inclusive talent frameworks and driving culture change. She has also served as HR Network Lead for the Shell Alumni Network and as a Partner at KennedyFitch, an executive search and management consulting firm in London, strengthening talent pipelines and advancing gender diversity initiatives for global clients.
Earlier, Mirna held the position of Chief HR Officer at the Syrian Development Organization, overseeing HR strategy and organizational development in a complex environment. Her dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs was evident during her time as a Steering Committee Member of the 20:20 Initiative at Trestle Group Foundation. In addition, she was Vice President – Head of Group Talent at Danfoss, and played a leading role as Vice President Talent Management & Culture Integration Lead at Alstom Power, focusing on integration during the GE/Alstom alliance.
Mirna’s career began with a distinguished 17+ year tenure at Shell, holding a range of senior HR and talent management roles across the UK and Syria, and developing extensive expertise in change management and strategic HR leadership.
