Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines, July 2025 – Lai-den Taguiba has joined Remote Staff as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing with her a wealth of HR and people operations experience honed across leading digital, BPO, and remote-first companies. In this newly assumed role, she will lead the end-to-end HR strategy for Remote Staff’s global remote workforce, focusing on scalable people systems, async-first leadership, culture transformation, and data-driven talent practices.
Prior to joining Remote Staff, Lai-den worked as an Independent Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant for over three years, where she developed talent acquisition and employer branding strategies for tech clients globally. Her strategic lens in optimizing digital recruitment and labor relations positioned her as a sought-after consultant across industries.
Earlier, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at MoneyMax.ph, where she drove employee engagement and implemented performance frameworks in a fast-paced fintech environment. Before that, she was Head of People Operations at Sprout Solutions, where she played a crucial role in building an agile HR infrastructure and aligning people practices with the organization’s growth ambitions.
Lai-den also held senior HR roles at DigitalMaas, Twist Resources, and Upwork, where she developed key frameworks in employer branding, leadership pipelines, compensation design, and HR automation—experiences that contribute significantly to her ability to lead HR in distributed environments. She started her career in learning and development at Sitel and Sutherland, training customer service talent in communication and soft skills.
