London, United Kingdom, May 2026 – Jensten has announced the appointment of Fran Caldwell as Group Chief People Officer. In her new role, she joins the executive leadership team and will lead the people function in driving the organization’s transformation and growth agenda across its expanding insurance brokerage and underwriting operations.
Fran Caldwell brings extensive global experience in human resources leadership, organizational transformation, employee engagement, talent strategy, and executive partnering across financial services, technology, consulting, and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining Jensten, Fran Caldwell founded and led Thinkground as a consultant, advising organizations and Chief People Officers on people strategy, business transformation, organizational performance, and leadership effectiveness. Through Thinkground, she focused on helping businesses strengthen performance through commercially driven people strategies and transformational HR initiatives.
Before that, she served as Chief People Officer at Gentrack, where she partnered closely with the CEO and executive leadership team across a global business spanning London, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, and Pune. During her four-year tenure, she led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on global people strategy, talent and succession planning, leadership development, recognition programs, employee engagement, and organizational growth. She also played a key role in establishing strategic operations in India and Singapore while supporting rapid business expansion.
Earlier in her career, Fran held senior HR leadership positions at organizations including Intertek, Barclays, KPMG, BNP Paribas, ConocoPhillips, and Pinsent Masons. Across these organizations, she developed deep expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, leadership coaching, global mobility, talent development, diversity strategy, and transformational change management.
Her broad international experience and track record in building high-performing people functions are expected to play a key role in supporting Jensten’s continued growth and transformation journey.
