In her new role, Holly will lead the firm’s strategic people operations initiatives, guiding workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across all locations.
Holly has been with WilliamsMarston for over two years, having previously served as Director of People Operations. In that role, she played a key part in scaling the firm’s HR infrastructure and supporting the firm’s rapid expansion across the U.S. She was instrumental in designing people-centric programs that aligned with WM’s growth trajectory and professional services culture.
Before joining WilliamsMarston, Holly served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lightelligence, where she led talent and HR programs for a cutting-edge technology company. Her work focused on building agile HR practices to support innovation and employee development in a fast-paced startup environment.
She also spent more than a decade at PwC, where she rose from Assurance Intern to Human Resources Manager. Her extensive tenure at PwC gave her strong foundations in professional services, client engagement, and human capital management. In her various HR roles, she supported large-scale organizational initiatives, talent reviews, and performance management for high-performing teams.
