Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 2025 – Alok Pandey has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Tim Hortons – Middle East, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the quick-service restaurant and food retail industries. In this new position, he will lead the iconic brand’s growth, innovation, and customer engagement strategy across the Middle East, driving operations in markets like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Before taking up the CEO role, Alok held several key leadership positions at Americana Restaurants over nearly six years. He most recently served as General Manager for Americana in Kazakhstan, and earlier as Area Operations Director for KFC across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and Lebanon. His deep understanding of multi-country operations and customer-centric growth makes him well-poised to elevate Tim Hortons’ market leadership in the region.
Previously, Alok was Chief Operations Officer at FreshMenu, where he led operations for the online-first food brand. He also headed the HoReCa & SCO Pro division at METRO Cash & Carry, strengthening his exposure to food service partnerships and retail strategy in India.
A significant part of Alok’s career was shaped at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where he spent 18 years with Domino’s Pizza India. Rising from a Store Manager to Head of Operations and Senior Vice President, he played a pivotal role in scaling Domino’s footprint and operational excellence across India.
He holds a B.Com from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
