He spearheaded HR operations across warehouses and delivery hubs, led critical transformation projects, and drove zonal and national initiatives in diversity, performance, talent development, and organizational design.

Before joining Flipkart, Amit spent over 5 years with Dell Technologies, where he led HR transformation programs, employee relations across India, and supported global teams across the UK and US. His leadership in performance management, compensation planning, and process improvement earned him multiple internal accolades.

Amit also held impactful HR roles at Hewitt Associates (now Aon) and Genpact, where he managed recruitment, project transitions, HR connect programs, employee engagement, and policy design. His early exposure to varied HR functions shaped his holistic view of people management and organizational effectiveness.

Amit holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, strengthening his academic grounding in strategic HRM and leadership. His proven expertise across e-commerce, IT, BPM, and now security and facility services positions him well to elevate Tenon Group’s people agenda.
