Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Akanksha Srivastava has been appointed as Head of HR, India at Li & Fung, a global supply chain leader. In her new role, Akanksha will spearhead the company’s human resources function across India, driving a future-ready, people-first culture in alignment with Li & Fung’s strategic growth vision in the region.
Prior to this, she served at Hilti India for over one year, where she led Corporate HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Employee Engagement. She played a critical role in shaping people strategies and building inclusive work environments aligned with global business priorities.
Before that, Akanksha was associated with A.P. Moller – Maersk, where she led Workforce Planning, Training & Onboarding across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Her efforts there contributed to building scalable HR frameworks and onboarding excellence across multicultural teams.
She also had a nearly 4-year tenure at LF Logistics, progressing from Manager HR to Senior Manager – Human Resources. As the country lead for HR, she oversaw strategic business partnering, talent development, performance management, and compliance for India operations.
Earlier in her career, Akanksha worked with Li & Fung Limited for over 3 years in HR business partnering and operations roles, and at Hughes Communications India Limited for 4 years, where she handled recruitment, HR operations, L&D, and engagement. She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from Amity University.
