Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2026 — Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has announced the appointment of Shekhar Sinha as Senior Director – Manufacturing HR, further strengthening its leadership capabilities as it continues to scale its global specialty chemicals business.
In this role, Shekhar will lead Human Resources for manufacturing operations, focusing on industrial relations, workforce capability building, compliance, and strengthening people practices across the company’s manufacturing ecosystem. His role will be critical in enabling operational excellence through robust HR frameworks and close business partnering.
Shekhar brings over 19 years of rich HR leadership experience across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Jubilant Ingrevia, he was associated with Cipla, where he most recently served as Lead – Employee Relations & Compliance, driving enterprise-wide IR strategies, regulatory compliance, and workforce governance.
During his earlier tenure at Cipla, he also served as Site HR Head, leading end-to-end HR operations for manufacturing facilities and playing a key role in strengthening employee engagement, talent management, and operational HR delivery in complex plant environments.
He has also held leadership roles at Ecom Express Limited as Head of Compliance, IR & HRBP for large locations, where he led pan-India industrial relations and compliance strategy, and at Uber, where he managed industrial relations across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, showcasing his regional expertise in workforce management.
Earlier in his career, Shekhar gained strong manufacturing HR experience with organizations such as Amazon, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, Britannia Industries Limited, and Nestlé, where he held Location HR Head roles, driving plant-level HR strategy, compliance, and workforce engagement.
He began his career with Samsung India Electronics Limited, building foundational expertise in contract labor management, compliance, and HR operations, which has shaped his strong grounding in manufacturing HR practices.
Across his career, Shekhar has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex industrial relations environments, drive compliance excellence, and build high-performing workforce ecosystems.
