Sarita Hemnani comes to KPOINT with an impressive background spanning over 14 years in human resources, where she has demonstrated a keen aptitude for developing efficient processes and fostering a positive work environment. Her prior role as General Manager of HR at Cygnet Infotech saw her orchestrating strategies for organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and engagement, among other critical HR functions. Sarita’s career is distinguished by her ability to enhance employee experience and engagement, implement reward and recognition programs, and devise strategies for employee retention and wellness.
At KPOINT, Sarita will spearhead the People Management department, focusing on elevating the people experience and introducing innovative HR practices. Her role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including driving organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
Sarita’s journey in the field of HR began at Universal Hunt Pvt. Ltd, where she honed her skills in talent search and recruitment across various sectors, including IT and Engineering. This foundational experience set the stage for her subsequent roles, where she excelled in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
