Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Pinakiin Designs has announced the appointment of Jayshree Rao as Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen its people and culture agenda as the organization continues to scale its presence across India.
In her new role, Jayshree will be responsible for driving strategic HR excellence, talent transformation, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s growth ambitions. Her appointment reflects Pinakiin Designs’ commitment to investing in leadership that can enable organizational agility, workforce capability, and culture-led growth.
Prior to joining Pinakiin Designs, Jayshree served as Vice President – Human Resources at Global Group, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategy and aligning people practices with business objectives.
Before that, she held leadership roles at JUSTO Realfintech Pvt. Ltd., where she served as General Manager – Corporate Human Resources and earlier as Head of Human Resources, leading critical initiatives across statutory compliance, HR operations, and organizational development.
Her experience also includes a stint as Head – Human Resources & Administration at Marvel Realtors, where she led the HR function in a dynamic real estate environment, followed by her role as Director – People & Development at Atmantan Wellness Resort, where she focused on building people-centric practices in a premium hospitality setup.
Jayshree spent several years at Capricorn Group India as General Manager – Human Resources, managing the HR function at a group level and working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces (Vivanta by Taj – Blue Diamond) and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (Radisson Blu Hotel Pune Kharadi), where she led HR operations at the unit level, building strong foundations in hospitality HR.
She began her journey in human resources with roles at Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sleepins Apparels Pvt Ltd, NSR Placement Services, and Mafoi Consultant Limited, building a strong base across HR operations, talent acquisition, and business partnering.
With over two decades of experience, Jayshree brings deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational culture, and business-aligned people transformation.
