Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Kinkar Sarkar has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture – India and Global Markets at Odin AI, a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI-powered productivity and intelligence solutions. In this pivotal role, Kinkar will be responsible for driving Odin AI’s talent strategy, culture evolution, and global people initiatives across geographies.
Prior to this, Kinkar worked as an Equity Markets Practitioner on a freelance basis, showcasing his multifaceted skill set outside of traditional HR roles. Before that, he served as Senior Manager – HRBP at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) for nearly four years, where he led the HRBP function for engineering, product design, data science, and Ola AI verticals, playing a central role in building talent alignment with strategic business goals.
Earlier, Kinkar was the Senior HR Manager – Talent Management at LetsTransport, where he led the HR function for over 1300 employees. His work focused on revamping and designing scalable HR processes and value propositions across the organization.
He spent almost four years at Antuit, where he advanced from Manager HRBP to Senior HRBP Manager and India HR Lead, overseeing performance management, L&D, organization culture, and employee engagement programs for their India operations. His work established a strong foundation of HR excellence in a high-growth analytics environment.
In his earlier stints at TEG Analytics, TaxPro Business Solutions, Cresent Consulting, and Triumphant Technologies, Kinkar held various HR roles, developing deep expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, SAP HR functionalities, and performance management. He holds an MBA in Human Resource & Marketing from M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Management.
