With over 17 years of experience at Procter & Gamble (P&G), Mrinalini brings deep expertise in strategic planning, commercial finance, compliance, and forecasting across global markets.
In her most recent role, Mrinalini served as CFO – P&G Hygiene and Health and Group Controller – P&G India, where she led finance transformation initiatives and drove performance across categories. She has held various key positions at P&G, including Senior Director – Sales Finance, Modern Trade & E-commerce Channel Finance Leader, and Regional Forecast Operations Leader in Dubai, overseeing operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Her portfolio also includes leading finance for greenfield manufacturing expansion in India and managing trade governance for emerging markets.
Earlier in her career, Mrinalini held progressive financial roles supporting multiple categories like Fabric Care, Oral Care, Health Care, and Gillette. She is widely recognized for her inclusive leadership style and her commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), having championed several internal initiatives in this space.
Mrinalini holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and is a gold medalist in engineering from SGSITS Indore. Her appointment underscores Castrol’s emphasis on robust financial stewardship and strategic agility as it navigates the evolving energy and mobility landscape.
