Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2025 – Gunjan Mishra has joined CorroHealth as the Associate Vice President – Human Resources. In this strategic leadership role, she will focus on enhancing HR operations, driving talent development, and supporting CorroHealth’s global mission to transform revenue cycle performance across healthcare systems.
Gunjan brings nearly two decades of comprehensive HR leadership experience, most recently serving as Head – Human Resources at RNF Technologies for over 10 years. At RNF, she played an instrumental role in building the HR function from the ground up, leading initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR tech implementation. Her contributions significantly improved organizational agility and workforce scalability.
Prior to this, she spent 5 years at Commdel Consulting Services as Assistant Manager – HR, where she successfully established core HR functions, automated processes to improve efficiency, and strengthened compliance frameworks. Her ability to scale teams and improve operational effectiveness positioned her as a key business enabler.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Global Payments Inc. as a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, where she led strategic hiring aligned with business goals and strengthened employer branding in a competitive tech landscape. Her talent strategies significantly improved recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
Gunjan also held roles at Artech L.L.C. and HCL Technologies, where she began her journey in HR and gained expertise in technical recruitment and HR operations for global markets. These foundational years helped shape her deep understanding of people processes, compliance, and organizational culture in both startup and enterprise environments.
