Chicago, Illinois, United States, July 2025 – Bethany Florek has stepped into a new role as Vice President, People, North America at TYLin, Introba, and L&B, marking a significant leadership transition within the global engineering and infrastructure group. In her elevated role, Bethany will lead people strategy across North America, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and aligning HR with the business vision of the combined entities.
Bethany has been with TYLin for over 14 years, steadily growing within the HR function. Most recently, she served as Vice President, People, where she led a broad portfolio of HR functions across various regions. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President, Human Resources, overseeing major HR strategy shifts following the company’s integration with Greeley and Hansen.
Earlier in her journey, Bethany was Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at the legacy firm Greeley and Hansen. Over those nine years, she was instrumental in driving performance culture, enhancing leadership development frameworks, and strengthening internal and external HR communications.
Bethany began her career in the HR field as a Recruiter at Greeley and Hansen and previously worked in talent acquisition and internship roles with Aramark, The Walt Disney Company, and the Philadelphia Eagles, gaining cross-industry experience in people engagement, leadership, and service culture.
In addition to her corporate career, Bethany is a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow (2021) and continues to contribute to thought leadership and community-based leadership initiatives.
