In his expanded role, Arora will lead one of Cipla’s key respiratory businesses, driving strategic growth, market leadership, commercial excellence, and innovation across the Respiratory Orals portfolio. His promotion reflects Cipla’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities to support its long-term growth ambitions in respiratory care and specialty pharmaceuticals.
Yashu Arora has been associated with Cipla for more than a decade, building a distinguished career across sales leadership, business management, and commercial strategy.
Most recently, he served as Business Unit Head, where he was responsible for business growth, portfolio management, market expansion, and operational excellence. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening the performance of the business unit through strategic execution, customer-centric initiatives, and team leadership.
Prior to this, Arora served as Director (Sales Head), leading large-scale sales operations and driving commercial effectiveness across key therapeutic segments. His leadership contributed significantly to market expansion, revenue growth, team capability development, and execution excellence across the organization.
Over the course of his 11-year journey with Cipla, he has built extensive expertise in sales leadership, business integration, commercial strategy, business unit management, stakeholder engagement, and market development, making him well-positioned to lead the Respiratory Orals Vertical during its next phase of growth.
