Perth, Western Australia, Australia, July 2025 – Warren Wild has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at PeopleKind Group, a leading for-purpose organization delivering a broad range of services including housing, disability support, justice, allied health, and reintegration programs. In his new role, Warren will lead the People & Culture strategy, strengthening workforce development across PeopleKind Group’s expansive network of organizations, including Melior Positive Behaviour Support, Nulsen Disability Services, Outcare, Nesti Housing, Superyou, Liift Learning, and Cahoots Camps & Adventures.
Warren joins PeopleKind Group with over 17 years of strategic leadership experience at Nolan Group Australia, where he served as Executive Director of Operations before transitioning to a Non-Executive Director role. He was responsible for elevating both customer and employee experience while leading core operational and HR functions. His efforts significantly shaped the company’s culture and delivery standards, ensuring alignment with core values like accountability, teamwork, and integrity.
Prior to that, Warren held the position of Associate Director, HR Projects at The University of Western Australia for approximately one year. There, he led strategic HR initiatives focused on inclusivity, diversity, and leadership development—enhancing UWA’s position as a top employer attracting global talent.
Warren also served as General Manager, People & Culture at Amana Living, where he transformed the HR function from transactional to strategic. He implemented HRIS improvements, safety and wellness frameworks, and revamped employee relations strategies, resulting in both cost reductions and cultural alignment.
Earlier, Warren held several leadership roles at Western Power, including Regional Operations Manager, Head of Work Practice, Development & Training, and HR Manager. Over approximately four years, he led large teams and projects that drove operational excellence, improved productivity, and reduced switching incidents and costs. His tenure culminated in the successful redesign of organizational structures and execution of high-impact change programs.
Before his public sector and HR leadership journey, Warren served as Chief Executive Officer at Peacock Group, managing a manufacturing business across four divisions with a focus on strategic growth, operational efficiencies, and brand development. This diverse experience cemented his reputation as a business-oriented HR leader with a sharp strategic and operational mindset.
