Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Rohit Sathe has joined WNS Global Services as Corporate Vice President – Human Resources, marking a significant return to the organization after a successful leadership stint at CEAT Limited. In his new capacity, Rohit will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent transformation, and employee experience across WNS’s global operations.
Prior to rejoining WNS, Rohit served as General Manager – HR at CEAT Limited for nearly six years, where he played a crucial role in HR innovation, people development, and workforce optimization across manufacturing and corporate functions. His leadership at CEAT was recognized for building high-performance cultures and aligning people strategies with business goals.
Rohit previously spent close to eight years at WNS Global Services in various senior HR roles, including General Manager – HR, Senior Group Manager – HR, and earlier tenures where he contributed significantly to employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leadership development programs.
Earlier in his career, Rohit held HR positions at Steria India Ltd (now Sopra Steria) and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, where he gained foundational experience in talent management, HR operations, and business partnering.
