Bairnsdale, Victoria, Australia, July 2025 – Tracey Crowell has recently assumed the additional position of Company Secretary at Workways Australia, complementing her current role as Chief People and Quality Officer. In this expanded role, she will be instrumental in supporting the effective functioning of the Board, ensuring compliance with ASIC/ACNC requirements, and guiding the Board and Chairperson in fulfilling their legal and constitutional responsibilities.
Tracey has been a key member of the executive team at Workways Australia for over two years, overseeing core corporate functions such as quality and risk, governance, contract management, HR, L&D, workplace health and safety, and payroll. She also holds responsibilities at Envite Environment, a subsidiary of Workways, where she manages environmental services and quality-related functions.
Prior to her current tenure, Tracey served for over 15 years at Relationships Australia (Queensland) as Director – Human Resources and Head of People and Culture, where she led strategic HR and organizational development across multiple service areas.
Earlier, she held senior HR roles at Warren Yachts and BLA LLC, where she contributed to strategic workforce planning, industrial relations, and employer branding. Her early career also included HR roles with Bolton Clarke, SAP SuccessFactors, and David Jones, where she gained extensive experience in HR analytics, employee training, and policy development.
Tracey’s career spans over two decades, underpinned by deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, change management, corporate governance, and employee engagement. Her diverse industry exposure equips her to lead integrated people, quality, and governance functions effectively at Workways Australia.
