Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 — Egis in India has announced the appointment of Kavita Fadnis as Director – HR (South Asia). Bringing over 24 years of leadership experience in human resources across diverse sectors, Kavita is recognized for her expertise in organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent development. In her new role, she will focus on building future-ready HR strategies, enhancing employee experience, and driving large-scale talent initiatives across the South Asia region.
Kavita joins Egis in India from IPE Global Limited, where she spent over 14 years, progressing from Associate Vice President – HR to Vice President – Human Resource. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategies, strengthening organizational culture, and driving impactful HR interventions.
Previously, Kavita worked as an Independent HR Consultant, partnering with organizations such as IL&FS IDC to develop policies, manage employee relations, and design compensation frameworks, and with Ebony Retail Holdings Ltd. to implement business process improvements, sales training, and recognition programs.
She began her career with Tata Motors as a Human Resource Officer, focusing on training and development, recruitment, performance management, and knowledge management. Her career reflects a consistent focus on data-driven decision-making, diversity, digital enablement, and strategic HR transformation.
