In her new role, she will lead people initiatives at Mobi, focusing on strategic workforce planning, culture building, and aligning HR strategies with business growth. Her appointment underscores the company’s commitment to building a strong leadership team that supports its mission of making financial transactions seamless, borderless, and secure for clients worldwide.
Before joining Mobi, Seema served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resource at Digitide, where she was instrumental in HR transformation and organizational development initiatives. Her role involved strategic HR planning, personnel management, and aligning people practices to business goals, contributing to the company’s sustained growth.
Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles at Heptagon (A Quess Corp Company), serving as Senior Manager – HR and Manager – HR. She led talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce development programs, playing a pivotal role in scaling operations and building high-performance teams.
Seema’s career also includes over six years at Acusis® as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition, where she specialized in recruitment strategies, talent pipeline development, and process optimization. Prior to that, she worked with Point Perfect Technology Solutions, Mazenet Solution, Cicada Technologies, and Trinity Technologies in HR recruitment and personnel management, gaining diverse industry exposure and cross-functional expertise.
