Pune, Maharashtra,, India, August 2025 – Rajesh Borhade has joined VisionTech Group as Head of Human Resources, bringing over 20 years of HR & Administration leadership in manufacturing and engineering industries. In his new role, he will oversee HR strategy, industrial relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement, aligning people operations with VisionTech’s business objectives.
Prior to joining VisionTech Group, Rajesh served as Manager – HR & Admin at AQ Inductive Components India Pvt Ltd for over four years, where he successfully led a greenfield project setup in 2022, independently concluded a long-term settlement with an external union, and managed compensation, expatriate HR, compliance, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
Before that, Rajesh worked for eight years as Assistant Manager – HR & Administration at Gestamp, where he drove recruitment, succession planning, policy formation, L&D aligned to IATF and ISO standards, and was instrumental in centralizing HR processes. His contributions earned him recognition awards for successful SAP HCM and NEEM Scheme implementation.
Earlier in his career, he served at Varroc Polymers as Senior Officer – HR & Admin, where he managed recruitment, training, PMS, welfare activities, and long-term settlements. Rajesh also held HR and administration roles at Emerson Automation Solutions, handling HR for 1,200 employees, and began his corporate journey with Divgi-Warner Private Limited in supply chain management.
Rajesh’s expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Statutory Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Expatriate Management, Learning & Development, and General Administration.
