Antra Virmani Appointed as Chief People Officer at IntraEdge

Pune, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Antra Virmani has started a new position as Chief People Officer at IntraEdge. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, shaping employee experience, talent development, and organizational culture as IntraEdge continues to expand its international presence in technology, products, and services.

Before joining IntraEdge, Antra was with Thoughtworks for over four years in a series of progressive leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of People for India & Middle East, Director, driving people strategy across the region. She also held positions as Head of People Experience, Principal Associate, Head of People Experience, and India Lead for Talent Business Partner, where she focused on enhancing people experience, talent engagement, and leadership development.

Prior to Thoughtworks, she was Vice President of Human Resources at JPMorganChase, where she contributed to HR initiatives in a global financial services environment.

Her longest tenure was at Tenerity India (formerly Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform, Division of JPMorgan Chase & Co.), where she spent nearly a decade. She progressed through roles as Manager-HR, Head HR, and Director HR, gaining deep expertise in compensation & benefits, performance appraisals, policy formation, employee engagement, HRMS, compliance, and leadership in HR strategy.

Earlier in her career, Antra served as an HR Consultant at Calibre Scan HR Services P Ltd, managing recruitment and client interaction, and as an HR Executive at Performix Inc., where she worked across performance appraisal, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and recruitment.
