Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, August 2025 – Chantelle Mark has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Affinity Gaming, where she will lead human resources strategy to align with the company’s business objectives. In her new role, Mark will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture while supporting Affinity Gaming’s continued growth across its 11 properties in Nevada, Colorado, Missouri, and Iowa.
Mark has been with Affinity Gaming since 2019, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for nearly six years. In that position, she led key initiatives in talent recruitment and leadership development, strengthened community outreach efforts to enhance brand image, and supported mergers and acquisitions through strategic financial and people planning.
Before joining Affinity Gaming, she held senior leadership roles in the Las Vegas gaming industry. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Resorts World Las Vegas, where she played a key role in building HR strategies for one of the city’s landmark properties. Earlier, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Las Vegas Hilton, where she oversaw people processes during a period of significant change and growth.
Her earlier career includes serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Golden Gaming, where she led HR operations across multiple properties, and as Regional Human Resources Director at Boyd Gaming, where she developed HR programs and supported regional workforce strategies. With more than two decades of HR leadership experience in hospitality and gaming, Mark brings a proven track record of aligning HR strategy with organizational success.
