Maryam’s career has been defined by her passion for people and process excellence. Most recently, she was an HR Generalist at Tether Land, where she contributed to building agile HR practices in a fast-paced tech environment. Prior to that, she held roles at Mahannet and Sanjeman, where she honed her skills in employee engagement, support, and organizational strategy.
With deep roots in Iran’s corporate landscape and a strong commitment to continuous improvement, Maryam now brings her experience to Goldiran’s expansive team of nearly 2800 employees, aiming to foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.
