Before joining TAQNOR, Sally served as Human Resources Director at Egicco, where she contributed to aligning HR operations with business goals and oversaw employee lifecycle management and organizational development. Her prior role as HR & Admin Manager at Adler EG also saw her steering administrative functions, policy compliance, and people operations within the engineering and construction sectors.

Sally held the position of HR & Admin Manager at Genedy Group Constructions, where she successfully managed core HR responsibilities including compensation, recruitment, and personnel recordkeeping. She also contributed to employee onboarding and welfare, applying a hands-on, operationally grounded approach to HR management.

Her most extensive leadership tenure was at Darko Constructions S.A.E, where she served for four years as HR Manager, overseeing a wide range of HR functions—from payroll and benefits administration to compliance, orientation, documentation, and employee engagement. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at Demac Construções and Alhamd Contracting Company, each for several years, gaining deep experience in HR planning, compensation, and organizational development across construction and infrastructure sectors.

Sally began her HR journey as HR & Admin Coordinator at Demac Construções, where she spent over seven years developing her foundation in personnel management and organizational planning, supporting strategic HR initiatives for the company’s growing operations.
