Hyderabad, India, October 2025 — Anuradha Mathur has joined SSL Employee Transport as Vice President – Human Resources, bringing over two decades of experience in human capital management, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and people operations, driving workforce excellence to support SSL’s rapid growth and expansion in the employee transport and logistics solutions sector.
Before joining SSL Employee Transport, Anuradha spent over seven years with Fortune Automobiles (India) Private Limited, where she served as Group General Manager – HR and Group Head HR. In these roles, she spearheaded strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational culture. Her leadership was instrumental in driving HR modernization and establishing strong governance frameworks that supported business continuity and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, she served as Group HR Head at FHD Group, where she led change management programs, talent development, and people transformation initiatives across the organization. She also worked as an HR Consultant for various enterprises, advising on HR policy design, workforce planning, and employee relations to enhance organizational capability and compliance standards.
Anuradha began her HR journey with impactful roles at Intellecap, Population Services International (PSI), and Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT), where she gained deep exposure to HR operations, training, and development across multi-state programs in India. Her diverse industry experience across consulting, automobiles, social impact, and design has enabled her to blend strategic thinking with people-centric execution, making her a respected leader in HR transformation.
