Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile, August 2025 – Raimundo Hartmann has been appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer at Imagemaker. In this new role, he will lead organizational culture, talent management, and HR strategy across the company’s operations, supporting its mission of driving large-scale digital transformation projects in financial, retail, and telecommunications industries.
Hartmann has been with Imagemaker for more than two years, most recently serving as People and Culture Manager, where he drove strategic people initiatives and strengthened employee engagement.
Prior to joining Imagemaker, he was Head of People & Culture at TINET S.A., a leading consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and cultural change, where he developed strategies for scaling talent and organizational development across Latin America.
Earlier, Hartmann worked as IT Talent & Learning Manager South Europe at SETESCA, based in Barcelona, where he managed change initiatives, recruitment, and talent development in digital and IT sectors. He also served as Head of Culture and Change and Head of Talent at SKY Airline, overseeing cultural transformation, agile methodologies, people analytics, and leadership development across operations in Chile, Peru, and Argentina.
He began his HR career as an Organizational Development Analyst at Walmart Chile, where he contributed to talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development. Over the years, he has also advised organizations as a People Advisor and taught as a Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Tech & People.
Hartmann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Universitat de Barcelona Business School.
