Based in Bengaluru, Menon will spearhead transformative AI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to strengthen Genpact’s position as a global leader in AI-driven business transformation. With over 15 years at Genpact, Menon brings a wealth of experience in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. His contributions have been pivotal in scaling Genpact’s AI capabilities, aligning solutions with business goals, and delivering measurable client impact.
Over the last eight years, Menon served as Vice President and Global Leader for AI/ML Services at Genpact. In this role, he led a global team that grew eightfold under his leadership, delivering advanced analytics, AI/ML solutions, and industrialized platforms that accelerated digital transformation for clients. His tenure highlights include launching AI platforms, filing 15+ cross-industry AI/ML patents, and driving partnerships with leading technology providers.
Previously, Menon held the role of AVP, Smart Decision Lab, where he developed Genpact’s analytical engines and built a big data analytics platform. His earlier experiences include roles at Symphony Marketing Solutions, where he transitioned and scaled retail analytics operations, and TNS India, where he led consumer research analytics and data management for multi-country studies.
A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, Menon has been an influential figure in AI innovation. He has published articles in leading industry journals, spoken at global conferences, and fostered partnerships with hyperscalers and AI platform vendors.
