Bangkok, Thailand, September 2025 – Lisa te Kaat has been appointed as Group Director of People Attraction & Engagement at Rhenus Logistics. In this global leadership role, she will drive employer branding, talent attraction, and long-term engagement strategies, shaping the employee experience across the Rhenus Group worldwide.
Lisa has been with Rhenus Logistics for over two years. Most recently, she served as Head of Group Employer Branding & Recruiting, where she spearheaded global employer branding strategy, recruitment programs, and outreach efforts. Earlier, as Project Manager International Marketing, she delivered impactful employer branding and internal communication campaigns that reached thousands of employees worldwide.
Before rejoining Rhenus, Lisa spent two years at Universum, first as Employer Branding Digital Communication Strategist and later as Senior Employer Branding Digital Communication Strategist. In these roles, she partnered with global clients, including Fortune 500 companies and leading universities, to develop strategies for attracting and retaining talent.
She also worked as a Freelancer in Employer Branding & HR Communications, supporting projects for Rhenus Logistics, Kueppers Solutions, and other organizations, helping them strengthen their positioning as employers of choice.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held roles at the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce, where she focused on events and communications, and at the Wilo Group, where she contributed to corporate communications, marketing, and employer branding projects across international markets. She began her career with early professional experiences at Commerzbank AG and Montanhydraulik GmbH.
