Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – In a significant stride toward its next phase of growth, Blissclub, a purpose-driven apparel brand built for Indian women, has announced two key leadership appointments. Kshitij T. joins as Chief Business Officer, while Sushma R Rao steps in as Head of Marketing. These strategic hires reflect Blissclub’s intent to scale operations, deepen community engagement, and strengthen its leadership in the activewear category.
Prior to joining Blissclub, Kshitij T. served as Chief Executive Officer at Arrivae, where he led strategic transformations and operational excellence. Before that, he was Senior Vice President at Pristyn Care, spearheading the launch of international operations and M&A initiatives.
During his nearly seven-year tenure at Grofers, Kshitij held various senior leadership roles including Head of Demand, Retail P&L – North, and Marketing, playing a pivotal role in scaling customer acquisition and growth. His earlier experience includes strategic roles at BMO Financial Group, The Boston Consulting Group, and Capital One, with expertise spanning analytics, product development, financial modeling, and customer strategy. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech. from IIT Bombay.
Sushma R Rao brings over two decades of brand strategy and marketing leadership. She most recently served as Executive VP – Brand Strategy & Head of Planning (National Brands) at Mullen Lintas, where she drove insight-led campaigns and strategic positioning for major consumer brands.
Her earlier leadership roles at Arvind Fashions as Head of Marketing – Lifestyle Brands, and at McCann Erickson and Lowe Lintas, reflect her strong background in consumer behavior, creative storytelling, and fashion marketing. She has also worked across retail, e-commerce, and advertising, blending strategic insights with community-first brand building. With her vast experience, she is poised to elevate Blissclub’s marketing and digital presence.
