Auckland, New Zealand, September 2025 — Pritika Naidu has been appointed as Head of People and Culture NZ at NCI Packaging. In this role, she will lead the people and culture strategy for the company’s New Zealand operations, focusing on employee engagement, organizational development, and building a strong workplace culture aligned with NCI’s business growth.
Pritika has been with NCI Packaging since 2024, most recently serving as People and Culture Manager NZ. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in implementing HR solutions, driving organizational improvements, and building recognition programs that contributed to employee engagement and retention.
Alongside her role at NCI, she has been Director and HR Consultant at EmpowerHR, providing consulting services in organizational development, succession planning, and change management for businesses in New Zealand.
Previously, she was Human Resources Manager at Traffic Safe NZ Ltd, where she developed HR policies, strengthened retention strategies, and led initiatives in employee relations, compliance, and talent management. Before that, she spent over five years at Armourguard Security, first as National EHS & HR Advisor and later as Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR strategy, collective bargaining, workforce development, and employee engagement across the business.
Earlier in her career, she gained valuable HR and advisory experience with organizations including Pasifika ECE Alliance and Heartland Bank Ltd, building a foundation in employee relations, onboarding, and workplace safety.
