Beth Warren Appointed as Head of Employee Relations at Ashurst

London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Ashurst has announced the appointment of Beth Warren as its new Head of Employee Relations. In this pivotal role, Beth will lead the firm’s global employee relations strategy, ensuring effective case management, organizational change support, and the continued development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture across its international offices.

Beth joins Ashurst after an impressive 21-year career at ExxonMobil, where she built deep expertise in employee relations and HR leadership across the UK, EAME, and global functions. Most recently, she served as Employee Relations Specialist, EAME, managing end-to-end casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and legal matters. She also played a key role in global investigations strategy, health and wellbeing initiatives, and change management projects such as redundancies, TUPE transfers, and office moves.

Prior to this, Beth was Employee Relations Lead for the UK and Nordics, where she oversaw strategy and delivery across multiple jurisdictions and co-led mentoring programs while shaping global best practices. Earlier, she served as Business Services and Marketing HR Business Partner and Ireland & Marketing HR Business Partner, managing HR strategy for diverse functions and navigating complex transitions including share sales and TUPE processes.

Her early career at ExxonMobil included roles such as CORS Transition Adviser, Retail Territory Manager, Policy, Compensation and Benefits Team Lead, and Employee Relations Team Lead. Across these positions, she consistently demonstrated her ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational effectiveness, while developing toolkits, training, and frameworks that enhanced HR capability across Europe and beyond.

Alongside her corporate career, Beth serves as a School Governor at Barnet Wood Infant School, where she contributes her expertise to people strategy, training, and wellbeing initiatives at the governance level.
