Libertyville, Illinois, United States, September 2025 – Hollister Incorporated has appointed Bryan Hannon as its new Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Bryan will lead Hollister’s global HR function, driving people strategy, culture transformation, and talent initiatives to support the company’s mission of making life more rewarding and dignified for people who use its healthcare products and services.
Bryan joins Hollister after a distinguished 25-year career at GE Healthcare, where he held multiple senior HR leadership positions across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Most recently, he served as Senior Executive, Head of HR for the USCAN region, overseeing HR strategy for 7,500 employees while leading an 80-member team with a multimillion-dollar budget. In this role, he spearheaded organizational optimization projects that delivered $30M in savings, guided GE Healthcare’s transition to independence, and enhanced employee lifecycle management to improve efficiency and engagement.
Earlier, Bryan was Executive Head of HR for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he directed HR for 15,000 employees across 40 countries. He successfully co-led the integration of multiple regional operations, drove cost synergies, and implemented COVID-19 workforce responses that safeguarded employees while supporting record business growth in 2020.
He also served as Executive Head of HR for Digital Technology & Global Law & Policy, where he managed HR strategy for global functions, placed key executives, and advanced diversity through initiatives like the Women in DT community. In addition, Bryan held executive responsibility for Organization & Talent Development for Global Supply Chain & Service, where he strengthened leadership pipelines and introduced strategic alignment initiatives that improved global operations.
Bryan’s career at GE Healthcare began in engineering and operations before transitioning into HR leadership, where he consistently demonstrated expertise in workforce strategy, leadership development, compliance, and cultural transformation on a global scale.
