Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2025 — Michael Borzych has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer – HGP Group at Reliance, Inc. (NYSE: RS), North America’s largest metals service center company. In this role, he will oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations for the HGP Group, supporting Reliance’s continued growth and global leadership in metal solutions.
Michael joins Reliance after a long and accomplished tenure with Feralloy Corp., where he served for nearly 25 years in progressive finance leadership roles. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance, guiding the company’s financial planning and performance.
Earlier at Feralloy, he held the role of Controller for more than two decades, where he provided oversight of financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance across multiple business units.
Prior to Feralloy, Michael worked as Accounting Manager at Bohler-Uddeholm Corporation, where he built his foundation in financial operations, accounting systems, and reporting for the metals and manufacturing sector. His career spans more than three decades of expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership within industrial and manufacturing environments.
