Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Ritu Raj has joined Palmonas as Vice President – Supply Chain & Operations, where he will lead Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operations and build a robust distribution network to support the brand’s growth journey.
In this role, Ritu will focus on strengthening operational efficiency, scaling supply chain infrastructure, and enabling seamless customer delivery experiences as Palmonas continues to expand its footprint in India’s fast-growing demi-fine jewelry segment.
Prior to joining Palmonas, Ritu Raj served as Vice President – Supply Chain at DeHaat, where he led end-to-end execution of one of India’s most complex rural farm-to-consumer supply chain networks across multiple states, driving P&L-linked operational outcomes and building scalable control tower structures.
Earlier, he was associated with Milkbasket as Associate Director – Supply Chain (Omnichannel), where he built highly efficient supply chain systems and scaled operations across 21 cities, managing large teams and driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
Before that, he held leadership roles at Peel-works and Udaan, focusing on fulfillment operations, logistics optimization, and large-scale supply chain execution across regions.
He also spent several years with Reliance Retail, where he played a key role in building last-mile delivery and omnichannel operations, contributing to the early growth of e-commerce grocery initiatives in India. His early career includes operational leadership roles at Cafe Coffee Day, managing multi-city operations and large teams.
Ritu Raj has completed an Executive Development Programme in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management Raipur and holds a degree in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management Pusa.
With over a decade of experience across supply chain strategy, omnichannel fulfillment, and large-scale operations, he brings strong expertise in building agile, scalable, and cost-efficient supply chain ecosystems.
