Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Uzair Suhail has joined AnyMind Group, where he will lead Human Resources for India, MENA, and LATAM regions, reporting directly to the Co-Managing Director for India and Growth Markets at AnyMind Group Southeast Asia.
In this strategic role, Uzair will be responsible for driving the people agenda across multiple high-growth markets, aligning talent strategy, organizational design, and culture with business expansion goals across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Uzair Suhail was associated with Omnicom Media Group India as General Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he led the talent function and partnered closely with leadership to drive business growth, cultural transformation, and future-ready workforce strategies.
During his tenure at Omnicom Media Group, he played a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business priorities, enhancing employer branding, and building inclusive, high-performance talent ecosystems across the organization.
Earlier, he worked with Meesho as a Talent Business Partner, where he collaborated closely with senior leadership and scaled key teams across branding, growth, and business functions, contributing to rapid organizational expansion.
His career also includes roles at Publicis Groupe and Dentsu International India, where he built strong capabilities in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and organizational development across large, dynamic business environments.
Uzair began his career in talent acquisition with iPlace USA, developing foundational expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
With a strong track record in global talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and organizational transformation, he brings deep expertise in building scalable people strategies for high-growth, digital-first organizations.
