Lagos, Nigeria, September 2025 — Oparinde Olubukola has stepped into a new role as Group Head Human Resources at ARCO Group Nigeria, a leading energy services and infrastructure company. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping HR strategies and fostering a culture of organizational excellence aligned with ARCO’s mission of powering progress across Nigeria and West Africa.
Before joining ARCO Group Nigeria, Oparinde was with Pfizer, where she contributed significantly to human resources leadership across East and West Africa. She played a key role in driving people strategies, managing cross-border operations, and supporting transformation efforts within a global pharmaceutical framework.
Earlier, she worked with HIS Perfection Limited and Halogen Security Company Limited, contributing to initiatives in learning and development, policy design, and large-scale HR operational effectiveness across diverse business environments.
She also gained valuable experience through leadership roles at Honeywell Group Limited, Pivot Engineering, and CompUSA, where she contributed to HR transformation initiatives, talent development, strategic planning, and workforce optimization.
