Durban, South Africa, February 2026 — Pamella Khumbuza has started a new position as Head of Human Resources (South Africa) at Constantia Flexibles, marking a significant leadership move to strengthen the company’s people strategy and HR operations in the region.
Prior to joining Constantia Flexibles, Pamella Khumbuza served as Divisional Human Resources Manager at Southey Holdings, where she led HR initiatives across multiple business units and supported organizational growth in a complex operational environment. Earlier, she was Human Resources Manager at Bidvest Travel Holdings, where she played a key role in managing talent strategy and employee relations.
She also spent several years as a Human Resources Partner at Commercial Automotive Components and as Senior HR Officer at Shu Powders Africa, where she built strong expertise across payroll, employee benefits, industrial relations, training and skills development, recruitment, and compliance. Her earlier experience includes HR consulting at Ignition Group and HR administration roles at LexisNexis South Africa, providing her with a well-rounded foundation in HR operations and advisory services.
