Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, February 2026 — Maureen Tanamas has started a new position as Head of People and Culture at Fabric Group, strengthening the organization’s leadership in people strategy as it continues to scale its global software and consulting capabilities.
Prior to joining Fabric Group, Maureen Tanamas served as Head of People Experience at Tenet Advisory & Investments, where she worked closely with executive leadership to translate business strategy into a future-focused people agenda. She led workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational design, and AI-enabled people practices to support rapid organisational growth.
Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Slalom, including Head of People Business Partnering (Australia & New Zealand) and Senior People Business Partner (Japan & Australia), where she built and scaled HR capabilities across APAC markets, supported hyper-growth teams, and embedded modern performance and succession frameworks. Her experience also includes senior HR leadership roles at Capgemini, RXP Group, and Entity Solutions, where she drove large-scale transformation, integration, and people strategy initiatives.
