Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Deepa Malhotra has been promoted to Director – Consumer & HR at Native, marking a significant milestone in her career with the firm. With over six years of dedicated service to Native, Deepa’s elevation reflects her deep expertise in executive search, human resources, and leadership consulting across consumer-focused mandates.
Over the past six and a half years at Native, Deepa has progressed through multiple roles—from Associate Principal – Consumer, to Principal – Consumer & Human Resources, and then to Associate Director – Consumer & HR. She has played an instrumental role in helping organizations identify leadership talent and shaping consumer business hiring strategies using Native’s unique “Informed Intuition” methodology.
Prior to Native, Deepa worked at MindsEye Consultants as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where she managed mid and senior-level hiring mandates across various sectors, ensuring client-centric delivery. Before that, she pursued entrepreneurial ventures, including founding Baker Tales, a global blog for home bakers, and serving as Co-Director at Awaas Pvt Ltd, where she helped establish service apartments across Delhi-NCR.
Earlier in her career, Deepa gained corporate HR experience as Assistant Manager HR at Benetton Group and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, focusing on talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR communications—building a solid HR foundation across hospitality and retail.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR) from Welingkar Institute of Management, equipping her with a strategic lens on organizational and talent development.
