Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Raychem RPG has announced the appointment of Mihir Rachh as Head of Supply Chain. With a career spanning over 15 years in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, Mihir brings deep expertise in optimizing operations, enhancing efficiencies, and driving strategic procurement initiatives.
In his new role, Mihir will be responsible for streamlining supply chain processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational excellence across Raychem RPG’s supply network. His appointment reflects Raychem RPG’s commitment to strengthening its supply chain capabilities and reinforcing its market leadership.

Before joining Raychem RPG, Mihir served as Senior General Manager – Supply Chain at Encube Ethicals Private Limited, where he led strategic supply chain transformation, procurement planning, and operational efficiency initiatives for nearly seven years.
Prior to this, Mihir had an extensive tenure at Asian Paints, where he held leadership roles, including Senior Manager, Manager – Purchase, and Manager – Materials. During his decade-long tenure, he played a pivotal role in supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and vendor management strategies.
His extensive experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain strategy makes him a valuable addition to Raychem RPG’s leadership team.
