St. Louis, Missouri, United States, September 2025 – IMPACT Group has appointed Jill Jurvelin as Director, People Solutions. In this role, Jill will be responsible for driving client success by delivering innovative people solutions that align with IMPACT Group’s mission of empowering talent during career transitions, relocations, and organizational change.
Jill brings over a decade of expertise in talent strategy, client engagement, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Enterprise Account Executive at Orgvue, where she partnered with organizations across the Central US to deliver workforce planning and organizational design solutions. Prior to this, she was Enterprise Transformation Consultant at CoachHub, helping organizations implement large-scale digital coaching programs to foster leadership growth and workforce resilience.
Earlier, Jill spent close to two years as Account Executive at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) in the Midwest US, advising clients on outplacement and talent development strategies. She also worked as Leadership and Talent Strategy Advisor at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where she supported clients in leadership development and assessment solutions.
Jill’s career also includes nearly three years as a Sales/Application Engineer at Bechem Lubrication Technology, LLC, where she honed her business development and client service skills. Her professional foundation was built at DDI, where she began as a Consulting Associate, supporting client delivery and research initiatives.
